Method
- Combine separate wet and dry ingredients, mix well and gradually combine both together.
- Add chopped olives and mix well again. Batter will be thick.
- Form a loaf or separate oval or round rolls.
- Top with more seasoning on top.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350F degrees for 35-40 minutes for 1 loaf or 20-30 minutes for smaller rolls, size depending.
- Cool it off before slicing.
Notes
You can add any other mix-in ingredients instead of or in addition to olives. Other fresh herbs or sun dried tomatoes would go nicely in this recipe as well.
