Almost Wordless Wednesday – Darkness and Light

All my lessons and growth emerged from destruction, rerouting, losses, disappointments, betrayals, devastation, heartache, beatings, physical pain, near death moments, and hurts.

All my triumphs, achievements, joys, happiness, elation, enrichment, nourishment, motivation, gains, lightness, love came from a conscious decision not to allow my soul to be affected by everything that  happened.

But, you can’t emerge into light without first plunging into the depths of darkness to really get to know your nemesis so you can honor its strength but build up your own power.
