Just a quick post to give you some ideas of creative dining and entertaining. Holiday appetizers don’t have to be boring. These cute penguins made of olives, small mozzarella, carrot slices and chives are very easy to make.
Use toothpicks to secure it all. For one penguin, you’ll need 2 olives, 1 whole and a half mozzarella balls, carrot slice with a cut out triangle, which you’ll use for the beak, and chives for scarves.
