Today we celebrate You, everything that makes each of you unique and one of a kind.
You are one and only, nobody’s Youer than You.
So celebrate yourself, your own path, your own likes and preferences, your own voice, your own accomplishments (I’m sure you’ve had many even though you may say “I’ve had none”). Get to know yourself well, know what qualities are your best (again, there’s no such thing as an “ordinary” person), what makes your soul sing from joy but also what makes you tick. Learn your needs, however unique they are, and honor them, yourself, others don’t always matter, if you don’t learn how to treat yourself well, why would somebody else have to follow?
Buy yourself gifts, often, even very small ones, you deserve it. Surround yourself with people who love you, let go or minimize the influence of those who only bring negativity in your life. Know that some days will be better than others so don’t lose the perspective of it and believe that everything at the end works out for good. Honor yourself with whatever you need on good or bad days, don’t say “it’s overindulgent or not productive”, some days are all about work and success, and other days call for quiet rest and recharge. You can’t have one without the other.
Always always know You are the most incredible thing that happened to you in your life! Celebrate it, today and every day!
